For the price no they are made of commerical grade vinyl.
I no longer do it in leather because folks don't really understand how much good leather cost and don't want to pay the money for it.
This is still way nicer than the molded foam coated in a fake textured plastic the pads were originally made of.Comment

headliner spray is good something that drys quickly. once you bolt it back to the plastic base it will hold it down. I use small pins to hold the fabric tight against the foam while I glue it pull it snug and pin it on the underside and glue it removing a few pins at a time until you get it all glued downComment
