    $400 with a complete set of smoked reps that have good bulbs, brackets, connectors, rings, ect ect - but one high and one low is broken plus they need 2 new adjusters. Basically piece it all together for a brand new set of smoked hellas with bulbs for $400.

                                              I have some lowering springs too - I don't know what they are and neither does the PO. They are supposedly like a 1'' drop. $50 plus ship - exactly what I paid for them.
