Feeler: BBS sideskirts _ Local to Dallas TX

I have some real decent BBS sideskirts for a e30. They arent subtle, but look pretty nice when I sort of propped them up on the car. Painted matte black but original red on back.

No pics, my cams Fd up right now, but will take some crappy phonepics if anyone is really interested.

    Price: 175 + shipping.

They are not cracked all and appear to be ABS. Real flexible.

Are they the "high end" type that kicks up near the wheel openings ?
Or the more desirable "low end" type that is flat on both ends ?

The former Im thinking. Lil bulky looking but if your pushing your fenders in the rear they might look cool. <shrug>

What do you think they are worth to someone that wants that look Teg? I respect your opinion.

      Thanks..

Yeah I'd definitely say get at least some cell pics so we can see what style they are and determine their worth from there.

I think you are about right on with your pricing.
I sold this set of BBS high end skirts to a local guy for around $150 picked up :

Teg... thats definately the skirt on the red iS in the first pic.

So, Ill try to upload pics ASAP... (As Soon as Allowed by Partner) arriving home

DAyum.. looking again and I kind of like them on your car, if that is/was yours. I thought they would be more obtrusive.

On a black e30 or someone going for a murdered look these would be plug and play. Just install. Im thinking.

I would want painted calypsorot to match my paint. So.... more $$ and I kinda want a more slim skirt, but hey, these dont look as massive as I imagined installed. Thanks for the pic Teg.

Till I get my pics posted, that IS the exact skirt, as in the red iS in the top pic.

Looking for offers guys, before I change my mind and put them on my car and go for a blacked out look on calypsorot. (anyone think that would be a good combo? ):nice:

That red car I posted actually belonged to member "Bimmeristahomo" and its a 86 "es".
I removed the skirts from his car years ago and just sold them a few months ago to a guy with a Alpine 91 325is (well not technically an "is")

For pics of how they look on a black car check here : http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=75152

Also I have a line on a set of Zender "low end" skirts that may suit you.
Or if you decide to keep the BBS's I can give you a decent price on color mathcing the skirts.

I don't really need the skirts, but I thought I'd pop in since all the cool Dallas guys are doing it. :p

Im down for a meet, but Id have to roll in my 330i right now. Im getting a new rear end put in my e30, RTAB, rear WBs, end links, etc. Unless we make it next month.

I might be into the Zender skirts, Id like something a little more subtle. Are you talking about paint matching and or installing the skirts Teager?
