s50 only has like 40 more hp and weighs a lot more though... unless you're planning on doing some shit to it i don't see it as an upgrade at all really.

What are you talking about?? The Euro S50B32 puts out 321hp stock. The S14 is rated at 195??

The american versions of the S50/S52 are clearly not as powerful

Ah you're running a euro s50... didn't read the b32 part. sorry, that will be sweet. I just think putting a US spec s50 in an m3 is lame.

Updates,

I was busy today :) , removed everything. Here are some more pics:







When removing the carbon airbox, I noticed a couple of issues with it. I must have had the samco hose on too tight because it has a crack in it. Not an issue as everything still works fine. You can see the crack in the pic below. The other is just a scratch on the bottom side (Not visible when installed). Also, you can see that I modified a K$N filter to use with this setup. :)

Because of this, I will lower the price to $1,800 for the box, alpha-N and Innovate Lc-1

S38 is the only engine I would put in your ride! Potential of 380-400 hp is achievable with this motor AND that is NA! Thats if you looking for your power? Anyhoo, I"ll post up finishing pics and numbers when mine is finished.
