I don't know why you posted this here because everyone in linked thread seem to agree that you should have sent the flywheel back first... You're trying to instigate here when this guy hasn't really done much wrong.

Well lets see. He listed a single mass flywheel for sale. I purchase flywheel and when it shows up its for an "E" not an "I". When I bought it I was expecting to recieve an "I" flywheel and not an "E". When I sent payment to him I even wrote in the subject box what I was paying for.
                          Clear enough right?

                          I thought so also.
So since HE KNOWS he pulled everything from an "E" car and not an "I" car he should know what he was sending wasnt the correct item that I asked for. Right?
I thought so also. So all I ask for is a refund, I send the flywheel back. I will delete all my post regarding this whole deal. easy as that. He was wrong for not sending what I asked for and I was wrong for not being more clear then putting in the subject box what I was expecting.

No, I think you're wrong on this point.

I didn't think so also. Seems like Max was willing to refund your money minus shipping, all you had to do was return the item as is customary. You're right about the shared blame. Max didn't know there was a difference and you didn't think of the possibility that a single mass flywheel might be from an eta despite the fact most items he posted were from an eta. Seems like an honest mistake.

Looked at some of your threads, you do good work! I can't figure out why you just didn't return it.

Thank you to all who have responded to this. I don't appreciate members trying to ruin my FS thread when someone bought a product from me, it was sent to them and nothing was broken with it, it WAS in fact a single mass flywheel, and I have tried numerous times to resolve the problem OUTSIDE of my thread. The reason you are posting this in my thread is not because I haven't responded to you or I screwed you over, it is because you will not cooperate in any way shape or form and instead call me rude names, which gets us nowhere.

On a more important note, more parts have been added to the FS list.
