I refunded the deposit on this last week since I had problems getting a friend to come help with the headgasket.

Engine now has new headgasket, bolts, and Stg 1 Dr Vanos installed.

Engine will be pulled and put on a pallet once someone pays up.

I like! I may go that route if I can find an LS1 cheap enough. As of now I have quite a few parts together for my m52 turbo project. :twisted:

You can also do the L33 (i think that's the code), it's a 5.3L truck motor based on the LS1. It's at 280ish stock I think. So a cam can easily get it up over 300hp.

And they are MUCH cheaper then an LS1.

I know full well about that motor, but it's heavy as fuck!
