yes it is, just pull it back. it's behind the clutch pedal. in the pictures it looks like it's closer to the floor but it's pretty much against the firewall. the threaded hole is about 1/4" in diameter

Mine arrived uber fast. Finally got around to installing it today after finding a slit in my carpet. The receiver for this was a bit to the left of the slit so took me a minute to find.

Seems a bit lower than I expected with just 2-3 threads in but I haven't driven it yet to see where the clutch picks up.
