this is the fender I was talking about tony. It's a vw mk2 so it's cheap Mexico metal. Think that could roll out? I'm sure he could pay extra if you could take a hammer to it and try and straiten it out. Also got a buddy on deck with a new VW CC which will need your expertise soon.

i can hammer and dolly it back into shape, but you would still need to finish it with paint/bondo to make it look perfect

        the CC is no problem

How much can you pull e30 rear fenders?
Do you have any before/after pics?

Mine are rolled but doesn't look like I can get bigger tires back there.

Its not about pulling the fenders on most e30 models, there are a couple areas under the arch itself that will screw with your plans for big tires too.

Its no huge secret really, sometimes you have to roll, pull and then shave the rears to get extra space. mine were done that way on my e30.

Mine are already rolled and pulled, but it rubs on the inside because of the double wall. Some have suggested a heat gun/torch and a ball body working hammer for more clearance, but I saw you cutting something with a disk grinder which seems like a vastly different approach.

My wheel/tire/height setup is completely different from my sig.

if its rubbing on that raised part of the inner fender heat wont help. a hammer will help but very little and its very risky, you will dent the outer skin of the fender by hammering unless you have a lot of metal working experience.
grinding the inner skin of the fender where the raised part is an option, but you will have to repair the resulting hole in the inner skin with fiberglass or something similar. also this is very risky because the inner and outer skin are only milimeters apart. generate too much heat while grinding the inside and you will burn the paint on the outside,
grind a couple of milimeters too far and will put a hole in the outer bodywork.

                        lol, thanks dude.

its kinda involved, you just have to be very careful working those fenders.

actually did this one a while ago now, Davids Z4. kinda crazy roll and pull

e36 M3 roll and pull to fit 10.5s, owner should have it cambered by now for perfect fit.

My shop car at the minute, just a little honda project, paint, drop, roll and pull,

Miguel just keeps pushing his luck... and his fenders on the Jetta, lol. more pull for new 1552 rims

                              old rims

little bit of old skool hammer and dolly work on an M3, wide pull

IS Lexus on 19 inch 7 series BMW rims, rolled and pulled, owner promises more low

very cool local Mk6, VSXXs and dumped, roll and pull

more old skool hand finished rolling, Datsun Mini with huge rims.
