breeze. 20 minutes. 30 with transmission. of course time always passes quick while working on cars. I removed the transmission cross-member off and found that was an easier way (I've seen it done without).

I did them a while back actually but lost my micro sd with the pictures haha.

I had to use a 2ft breaker bar to get the top nuts off the motor mounts though!

Just a testimonial to Silence's build quality here, but I just saw another picture of separated UUC motor mounts and it just solidified it to me more so, how strong these mounts really are, in terms of long term durability and impact resistance.

I have my own anecdotal experience, take it as you will, but I personally believe it overwhelmingly positive.

This past Friday a series of unfortunate events lead to my E30 being hit and run from behind, and I over corrected and spun myself over a median into oncoming traffic at 45mph...I jumped a 4-6inch curb on each side of the median, and smashed up my oilpan, subframe, and some more bits. The solid Condor M20 motor and transmission mounts on my car have been on it for approximately 30k miles, the previous owner put them on and couldn't put an exact mileage or date on it, but they've been on the car for numerous autocrosses and HPDE's over the past 6 years he owned it, and the past few months I've owned it. Previous owner had actually separated a set of OEM mounts while autocrossing and decided to buy these from silence.

These mounts did not separate, where as months previous, a friend of mine had done similar damage as mine, to his E30, and his oem mounts (they were in good shape) separated upon impact.

The fact that the Condor mounts keep taking this beating no matter how awful of conditions they're subject, is what made me want to post this.

Take it as you want it, and the vibrations aren't bad either. I've had them on my 24v swapped vert previously too, as well as the power steering deletes.

                    Thanks for the testimonial!
I had a set of oem mounts separate on me at an autox, both of them... tearing up my coolant system in the process. You can see it happen at the end of this video.

Would you recommend these for street use? I will have the m50 and g260 combo and I'm wondering if these will be too rough for a daily driver.

Depends on your level of tolerance... I've had no issues dd with em in the past.

I Agree with FLG, I know a lot of guys that DD with these mounts. I'd estimate that more than half of my customers buy them for their Daily.

My IE's are starting to split a little bit so it is time for a change.
