Yeah.. I gotta call BS on that one too. But who knows, it could be real.

But you gotta think about this. If this deal is legit, then this person is an idiot. I wouldnt trust them to package up a motor for me and trust them to ship it to me. Plus most people on CL are anti-shipping, thanks to all of those fucking african scammers and their 3rd party shipping companies.
of course. there are at least 2 build threads on it right now and one member has his car running. (total of 3)
If people can stuff e39 m5 V8s in e30s, then they can def fit a s54b32. The biggest bitch about the swap, IIRC, is the wiring/engine management. Although I believe there are some new options out there ($$$ though)

this. i would never buy something on craigslist that i dont pay for in person.

Yep. You are looking at roughly $1k-3k to get the setup running (of course there are plenty of management options that will be $3k+ as well..). Give or take dyno time to get everything tuned/stabilized as the stand-alones may or may not already be mapped. Also, you may or may not have to wire it up, depending on the route you go. This engine swap electronically makes an M/S5x swap look like a walk in the park. It's all do-able, just takes a combination of money and effort.
