You are looking at a set of headers made by "XS Power" for the e36. These are a drag-n-drop replacement for the stock OBD1 or OBD2 headers.

Quality on these is superlative. They make a solid "clunk" when you tap them not "tink" like thin-walled ebay headers.

Yes, you will "receive anywhere from 15-30 HP with these". I think you receive that in a seperate box, I haven't gotten it yet.

Do you have any of the gaskets or downpipes to go with these, or is it what you see is what you get?

What you see... the downpipes are whatever you would bolt to the normal BMW OBD1 or OBD2 headers. The link shows a picture of these with downpipes, I don't know what they were smoking, you can see that they would never bolt together!
