FS: Weighted M Knob and Z4 2.5 lever

I just bought both of these items but decided to go a different route. The M knob hasn't left its box and retails for $60 shipped from Tischer. The lever I put in the vice to bend and has a few marks on the bottom but I also just bought it. I DID NOT put a bend in it so it is still stock.
