MORE Excellent Dashboards for sale!
Hello again R3V members. Instead of making a new thread I decided to post on my most recent Dashboard sale.
Note: Pics 1-9 features Dashboard #1. Pics 10-18 features Dashboard #2.
Up for sale are two excellent-looking Dashboards. I did careful observations on both Dashboards in order to give you the best possible description of their conditions.
As you can tell from the photos, Dashboard #1 is CRACK-FREE! It is very close to being 10/10. I would like to point out its only minor flaws (pic #3, #4, and #5). They are small indentations. None of these flaws are anything horrible that would ruin the over-all appearance and most of these are not visible once the Dashboard is installed.
Almost the same description for Dashboard #2 except that this one has two specific flaws that I would like to point out. One is that it has faint and thin black marker or paint blemishes (pic #12, #13, and #15 if you look close enough). I took a lot of it off by cleaning with alcohol and scrubbing. As far as I was able to tell, these markings can be taken out by good ol’ elbow greasing. Unfortunately, I just do not have the time to finish cleaning this Dashboard perfectly.
The second flaw is a VERY tiny crack (pic#17). I placed a penny next to it so you can get some perspective of how long and deep it is…it is approximately the length of the word “America” in the penny. The small crack actually blends in pretty good with the Dashboard grain and I had to play with my lighting quite a bit to make it apparent.
I mention these flaws in case you are looking for an immaculate and absolutely perfect Dashboard…sorry, this won’t be it. Compared to our very common cracked Dashboards though---these minor flaws are close to nothing!
Other than that, the leather grain looks great, with no scratches, cracks (besides what I have mentioned and shown in pictures), or odd discoloration. Air vent ducts under the Dashboards are not included but you can use the ones you currently have on your dashboard.
I am asking $180 for Dashboard #1 and $150 for Dashboard #2 (taking into consideration the markings and the tiny crack…which by the way, is fixable with some silicone caulking).
As of today I would like to deal only in the SoCal area. These big items can get expensive to ship so I highly encourage everyone to pick up locally and save money. I would also like to add that my preferred method of payment transactions is PayPal.
