Seeing as today my input shaft bearings started rattling...

The input shaft bearing (actually in these transmissions it's usually the layshaft bearing) noise is pretty normal for G260s, if you really want silent layshaft bearings and have the means, you may want to crack it open and replace them.

For reference my current layshaft bearing sounds like death.
