Are all three of these sets a "plug and play" deal? What, if any, modifications need to be done to a US car to make these fit and function properly?

Umm dumb question... but what are "city lights"? Are those referring to the bulbs?Comment

city lights are a 5watt bulb in the top of the low beam. you wire it to come on with the parking lights. you can see how the reflector is different at the top and the dark spot is where the bulb is.sigpic
