Added the steering column surround and white side mirrors to the list..

I test fitted some stuff and the boxes/prices are as follows:
Small = $5
Medium = $11
Large = $15

Small: Most goodies/misc stuff, roof motor, lugs
Medium: Grabs, AMP, visors, vents, speaker housings, ash tray, steering surround
Large: Both side mirrors
Dont fit: Front kick panel speaker covers
