Uhm no. Thats early model vs late model. Euro and US lights are identical, less a plastic cap in place over the euro fog hole. This is the same for early and late tales.

According to Realoem.com these are euro spec

try the part numbers and see what you pull up.

They have different part numbers, but the US light is identical to a euro light. The only difference is there is a small piece of plastic blocking the euro fog light hole in the lens.

Despite that fact, you posted a picture of an early model tail as 'US' lights, and a late model tale as 'Euro,' which is supposedly what you are selling. BUT, the part number you provide is for early tails. lol

Either way, whether you are selling early or late doesnt matter. US lights can be made Euro within 5 seconds and a screw driver. Making them now worth $150?! Sounds like a good scheme to me.

UNLESS these are BRAND NEW never used lights. Then they might be able to fetch triple the market value of good uncracked tails of $50.

                Soooo, pics? ;)

Ok first of all I want to get something clear.I am not out to scheme anyone. I am new to bmws and have have an 85e. So when i saw these lights they look different from mines. So i looked the part numbers up on realoem.comclick to see what it pulls up and they would only pull up on euro models, so that why I listed them the way I did. I appreciate the knowledge that there isnt really much difference in between the two lights but don't try to make it seem like i am trying to run a scam. You learn something new everyday and yesterday i did.

                    Anyway here are more pics.

^unless you popped the cap out, those are the euro version. The difference between US and Euro (early and late) is that the Euro lens has the spot removed for the rear fogs (bottom left hole) and the Euro bulb carrier is wired for rear fogs.

regardless, the Euro bulb carrier is only worth a little bit more because it costs a bit to ship to the US. I wouldn't pay a cent extra for a Euro lens.

Thanks for reiterating whats already been said twice in this thread.

To the OP, a couple full pics of the lenses would do you wonders. A set of tails sells for 50 bucks. If those are brand new and minty, you could get the asking price with some good pictures.
