Those vinyl or leather? I believe the sides are leather and the seats are vinyl...

they are complete vinyl. they never mixed the materials from bmw.
and I thought selling a nice set of leather ones for 400.00 was expensive. lol.

Also please confirm that these are indeed mint continion seats with no rips with everything working properly.

Also to save you some cash you can buy bubble wrap online in bulk directly from the bubblw wrap comapneis. Its about .20% of the cost of buying it from walmart. Just an idea to help you out. Then just wrap the shit out of them in clear tape.

I have shipped big packages before and when I shipped items such as your seats i would wrap them in a ton of bubble rap and then send through UPS or Fedex. I would imainge shipping would be around 75 bucks. On another note I have also shipped through USPS and they were the cheapest. Same deal Wraped in bubble wrap and then shipped. Im in ATL. Do you plan on being close to this area any time soon?
