100% ready to go M52B28 swap for sell in WA

To start things off, I was extremely excited to finally have a chance to do this swap. It turns out money is needed in other places especially college. I am looking to make my money back on it and feel like it will be a pretty damn good deal seeing as everything is ready. Buying this will save a ton of time waiting for parts, driving out to places to pick things up and the hassle of piecing it together. Unlike other "full swaps" this has all maintenance I felt that needed to be done to be reliable and quite a few power add ons.

    Engine.
    M52B28 from a 97 328i Auto. 110,000 miles from Campbell Auto Recyclers
    Compression was 190-200.

    Maintenance.
    Top to bottom.
    (All Victor Reinz and OEM)
Valve cover gasket + Valve Cover Nut Seals
    DGK OEM spark plugs

    Oil filter + kit
    Oil filter Housing gasket
    Aluminum thermostat housing + Gasket
    Thermostat + O-ring
    Rear Water flange gasket
    OBD1 Exhaust gaskets

    Bottom.
    Oil pan Gasket
    O-rings for dipstick tube.
    Oil pick up gasket
    Pilot bearing
OEM BMW rear main seal kit ($100!)

    Clutch/Flywheel/Transmission/Drive train
ZF Trans with Linkage with 40k
    Sachs OEM clutch
F1 Racing 14lb light weight flywheel
    New pressure plate hardware
    New Flywheel bolts

    New Throwout bearing
    Sachs Pressure plate

    OBD1 intake
Red Label 413 ECU w/ TRM chip
    Euro MAF
Bimmerworld intake boot (3" I believe)
    AFE Cone filter

    Cooling
    Super clean late model rad
    Spal 16" electric fan
    All hoses
OBD1 Spider hose in great shape
    New late model expansion tank

    Required Swap Parts
E21 Brake booster with E30 Master Cylinder (Already modded to bolt up)
E34 Pan with Pick up, dip stick and tube
    Reinforced sub frame
    E21 Trans mounts
    E28 Motor mounts
    E34 throttle Cable

    Exhaust
AA rep headers- Single 2.5 inch-Cat-Y pipe- Remus catback
    Gaskets and all hardware

    Other
    Full OBD2 harness plus sensors
    OBD2 intake

Overall I think I have everything listed, all hardware is in bags labeled. So no worries about that. Also I'd like to add that everything I have done was proper and how I would want it in my car. If you have any questions feel free to send me a PM or post here.

    Price $3900

Here's a link to the start of a build thread.

Here how it is now. I'll post some more pictures later

Edit: You will eventually need engine covers, I don't have them.

Sounds like an awesome set-up man, but that price reflects what you could pick up a complete s52 swap for no doubt. Maybe even snag you a s54 long block...

I wish you best of luck and I'd definitely consider such a clean compilation of parts for a swap if I had the funds!

This is exactly what I need...I wish I could afford it. Dare I ask: Would you be willing to part with the exhaust?
