get off your high fucking horse matt

The buyer asked many questions and knows exactly what it is. It's not a real alpina cluster, however the speedo was actually from a c2 2.7. It's well worth what it sold for

You got a good but for it, congrats. I might put mine up for sale now, it'd be interesting to see what it fetches.

This is what an original Alpina cluster should look like.
            From an E30 Alpina B3 2.7 from 1988.
this is my car and the cluster has never been changed.

            Cheers / Pierre

That's exactly what mine looks like, except I'm using an M3 160 mph speedometer. KM mess with me when I'm driving, not sure why.

                Nice car Pierre!

LOL, MPH mess up with me so I love my KM/H.

Also note that the background is not black but dark grey.

but look closely, do you have the gauge graduated to 95 Lts ( 25.2 USG ) ??

My car has the Alpina Extra fuel trank in the trunk. I can basically drive for 620mph without refuelling if I am light on the right pedal...

I love this feature...Also note my Alpine spare wheel, with the original tyre from 1988 !!

                  Sorry for OT

I think there are a few variations.

Some have the smaller quatity fuel guauge ( regular size tank ).

The oder one are only graduated to 240 KM/H like standard E30.

                    Cheers Pierre

man, that's sweet. thank you for posting those photos. i have never seen a 95 ltr fuel gauge. did your car have the cow catcher front lip? what is the name of that blue body color? do you ever have the occasion to remove the tank in order to store more cargo?

Mine is standard-- only goes to 55 liters. I guess even Alpina wouldn't put all of their top notch equipment in an M10 powered car, ha!

Yes I had the cow catcher up front, but it is under repair at the moment...
the body color is Alpina special color " Black-blue metallic ".

I never remove the fuel tank, as it does not really take a lot of space. Also this is my fun car so I don't use it for long family trip. i have a Volvo Wagon for that !
