Hey guys. I'm cleaning all of the odd-ball BMW parts out of my garage to make some more room for cars. These are parts from an S50B32 I took apart after it was hurt at the track. The engine had 70k miles on it with a season or two of DE duty. If the components are damaged, there will be details about that in addition to the photos you can see below.

Cylinder Head; $250 shipped--
The piston in cylinder three turned into a bunch of chunks of metal about the diameter of a quarter. As a result, there was damage to the combustion chamber and valves in that cylinder. There may be damage to valve seating areas on other cylinders as well as a result of the metal from the piston that was pushed through the intake into other cylinders. I have seen worse damage in a cylinder head that was repaired, but I would certainly go through the whole unit. The cap for lifter number 2 on cylinder 3 is stuck in it's bore (pictured) in the cam tray. I could probably tap it out easily and inspect the damage to the bore there as well. The cam tray's journals are all in great shape. The pictures should demonstrate how clean everything is.
Cams; $175 shipped --
The cam lobe for valve number 2 on cylinder 3 has damage on it's nose. There is an indention towards the side of the lobe where it contacted the lifter after it became stuck in it's bore. The oiled surfaces are in excellent condition; matching the condition of the journals and cam bearing caps. These would be excellent candidates for re-grinding to a new spec. You may be able to run it as it is, though I couldn't necessarily recommend that.

All of the mounting points are intact. There are some scuffs on the exposed side of the piece, but overall it is in good shape.
Porterfield Racing Brake Pads, front, new; $50 shipped (Sold)--
These are great pads for racing, track days, or really spirited driving. They cost $110. I just don't need them in inventory since I have no 4-lug cars.

These are from my '87 325es. That car had a broken odometer with 193k on it, so these are from a 200k car. Not sure if/when they were replaced, but they all functioned well for 2 years until I swapped in a bigger engine.

I'm selling this for the owner, who is in jail. It is showing some signs of age- the plating is thin and some silver is evident along the edge that faces fowards (in second picture).
Adds +2 cool points on the street, +3 cool points and +1 hp at a DE, or +5 cool points and +2 hp at a race event.
