          What is the purpose of the raised subframe bushing? Is it for lowered cars... im going to be needing to replace all this stuff soon so you have moved to the top of my list. Also what does the kit include?

            when you lower the car it creates neg camber. the raised bushings reduce the amount of neg camber.

                    I got them and I am on h&r race and billi sports. They are not enough to fully correct camber/toe but yes I would get them and weld in adjusters while you are at it. There is a pretty lengthy thread on e30 tech about the akg bushings that do the same thing. http://www.e30tech.com/forum/showthread.php?t=92433

                    I used 12mm aluminum spacers between the diff and sub frame to keep the drive shaft angle the same. Also I used some spare wheel studs instead of the stock bolts as they are not long enough. Lencas can probably provide some longer bolts or stud/spacer kits if you ask him nicely. see pic for ref
