              So does this bolt up to plastic bumpers or diving boards? All mounting tabs/points good?

                  its for diving boards and you will need the mounting bracket. most of them are broken.

                          comes as pictured.. no fogs, they are NLA but i found a set on ebay for cheap. just gotta keep a lookout.

                          lol he's right, it's for early models but some have fit it on plastics.

                              to fit on plastics you need a lot of cutting and molding.

                              i picked up a good set of fogs for $40 shipped.
