Well don't I feel like a retard.....I've been clicking on the "Shopping Cart" in the top center of the page next to currency and then when it expands clicking "Checkout".

This takes me to Checkout options, billing details, delivery details and method, etc. with no option for a discount code.

I now get it!!!!
