Please follow directions here for installation of the 12 tooth gear:
This guide should only be used to help you as a suggested way to fix your equipment. They are not intended to be absolute. Its your sole responsibility if any damage or inaccuracy may occur. If you are unsure how to take something apart, send us an email, we would be happy to help. There are many small pieces involved

It shows you how to remove the brass bushing because our gear does not use it.

The second pic shows where the new gear is supposed to go but it has a metal piece that doesn't allow for the smaller gear to slip into. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Dang it, forgot to use the code.

Got the new gears installed though and they came out great! It's seriously easy to do, hardest part is the little brass bushing.

Turned my miles back while I was in there. ;D

Don't hesitate to buy these! they are well worth it.

Just ordered my set using the coupon code! Thanks!

Question, how do you remove the actual odometer like in that last picture? I want to roll my odometer forward to something closer to the correct mileage, I'm proud of my 250k! Haha
