SOLD!!!
I've got a UUC System U exhaust, which I had modified to fit my S50 swap.
The Good News: It's probably got 40 miles on it...max...on a freshly rebuilt engine.
The Bad News: The exhaust shop did a poor job modifying it.
New, it's $640 + shipping. Selling for $350 + shipping OBO.
I'm sure someone on a budget build and some welding skills can make some good use of this. It really is a great sounding exhaust.

The mounts are very solid and need to be bolted on through the trunk floor.

The underside

The tips really are gorgeous, no wonder UUC sells this exhaust for $90 more than the DTM tip version

Cut in underside of one tube that needs welded shut

The end flanges were cut off because the E36 full system was too long, so a 2.25" sleeve was slipped over the UUC pipes and welded on.
