Yes everything is included for bolt on

Bias is the same since we used the same MC..
If you purchase new blanks you would have to open the bore 1mm more..

Still curious if these will fit behind euroweaves but looks like I'll need at least an 8mm spacer. What wheels have you run with this setup?
