Finishing up my m50 swap on the e30 and have the old m20 that was still running prior to pulling it out. Unknown mileage, my odo stopped at 213k (bought the car like that) and i've already owned the car for 6 months. I cant even give an estimate lol. Motor ran like a champ tho! It does leak oil, but haven't actually checked from where. looks like its coming from around the oil filter (vague, I know).
The PO had the timing belt changed within the last 2 years. I would recommend you change the driving belts however. Needs just basic maintenance and you'd have a solid strong running m20! Oh, does not come with the starter because I needed it for the m50.
During the process of the swap, I accidentally broke the plastic bracket that holds the spark plug wires in place, along with a motor mount. Also you will need a few hoses that have been bent/cracked/cut while taking the motor out.
I only used to commute to school and back (round trip of about 40 miles) with the motor, and the occasional spirited drive to clean out the carbon build-up ;). My original plans were to swap the m50 in the e30 and re-build the m20, but lack of funds force me to get rid of it so I can finish off the m50 swap. Located in Vallejo Ca, only asking for $200 for quick sale. I know I can part the motor out for more, but figure it'll sell quicker as a whole. Need it gone like asap as possible! Local sale only, for I am not going to ship a fat motor lol. Thanks
Sorry to go off on the essay, I just didnt want to leave out anything. On to the pics:

Didn't realize I have very limited pics of the m20. But yeah, thats all I got  Thanks for looking!
