e30 M3 rear seat

Stock rear seat pulled from a low mileage car several years ago.There are no rips, tears or loose stitching,just one small nick on the top of the backrest on the left (driver's)side.

Otherwise,this seat is in very good condition.I'm asking $375 picked up,and am willing to ship as well.
