For sale is a set of Genuine Hella US Ellipsoids in mint condition.
I have refinished these myself. First by starting with a good condition used set which I then sand the glass lenses with diamond discs to remove any rock chips from the glass. I then progressively go to finer and finer discs, finishing off with cerium oxide which brings the glass back to crystal clear clarity. It's a long tedious process but the end result restores the lights to like-new condition.
My asking price for these is $225 Shipped. While I agree my price may be on the high side but I can guarantee you won't find a nicer set of used US ellipsoids on the market other than buying new. New sets are $450-$600/set

I can also modify the internal chrome ring to make the lowbeams mimic Euro Smiley's
