Yep - I picked up a new batter for the '91 318is last week. When I picked it up in the store, I drove over in my Titan... the assistant thought I was the guy that had just called about a Titan battery, and had set one on the counter "for me".... When he brought out the battery I picked for the BMW, I realized they were nearly identical in dimension, including polarity location. The titan battery may have been a TINY bit shorter or taller (can't remember which). Not a perfect match, but would work in a pinch if you happen to own an e30 and a Nissan Titan, which I do... lol.
