    Cabrio Hardtop Question

I'm cross-posting this from the General Technical forum, since no one responded, and this forum seems to be where most discussions of cabrio hardtops happen. Here is my original post.

A question for those of you that have refurbished factory cabrio hardtops - are the interior black plastic panels over the C pillars removable?

I talked to my preferred trim shop last week about putting in a new headliner, and they mentioned trying to remove those panels. I told them that I thought most people just tuck the new headliner under the panels, but would check to see if anyone has removed them.

    Thanks!

Thanks! I belong to the Yahoo vert forum, and haven't gotten any reponses there. I 've seen several active discussions about refurbishing cabrio hardtops here. Looks like everyone just leaves all the trim in place.

            Thanks again, Cory

Looks like you know more about it than i do. Just tried to help. Are there any visible screws, clips, or anything holding the cover on, maybe you should edit pic into your first post. Are you going to sell it?
