sorry, i didn't feel like reading through all 16 pages for an answer...but it just looks like a sheet of cut out plastic...no?

Yes you can make your own, but as mentioned he has put a fair amount of work into this. The material should be very durable for what we're using it for, and you don't have to source all the hardware/make brackets for the rears.

I'm real interested. Any shots of how they attach to the front?

They just use the stock bolt for the fender liner. He includes a clip and another slot in the flap if you want to add on a second mounting point, but so far mine have been just fine with just the one bolt.

BTW I got my sticker, just not sure what to do with it yet.

if you have the right tools you could make a set but thats why I'm here:) also its not just plastic its a rubber hybrid that is very durable and chemical resistant. Plastic flaps last 6 months tops If you actually use them right.;)

So i installed the fronts, took me about 37 seconds, but the back just simply will not work on my car. The hole for the bracket is not parallel with the car, and this made me think it was bent by the previous owner, but the other side was like that too... so later this week ill be finding a custom way to mount them. Was really looking forward to an easy install, but oh well.

First one is phone on the tire looking in, second is from the ground up, sorry cell phone pics. And both sides are like this, the one pictured (passengers) is less bent than the other one (drivers). I dont know maybe its not supposed to be like this but both sides are almost identical.
