What you get:
* (x2) Cadmium plated steel brackets
* 10.9 rated caliper mounting hardware
* (x2) Brake line adapter fitting that converts the European style bubble flare to the inverted flare used on the Mazda caliper
* (x2) VW Coraddo rotors, shaved to fit E30 hub
* (x2) Hawk HP+ Pads RX-7 front
* (x2) 1990 4 piston FC RX7 calipers: Mazda emblem shaved
Why I am selling:
* My wheels are 16x9 borbet type A with an ET15 and cannot fit these calipers without resorting to major spacers, and resulting in poke. I just want my money back :( I took the time to gather all these parts and spent so much time on this project, and in the end couldn't fit on my wheels :(
Work done to them:
*FC caliper dust boot refreshed, pistones lubed with Dot4 brake fluid
*FC calipers are cleaned from the inside out
*Previously piston was seized, now is pushing like a dream
*Brake pads have a bit of anti-squeel
*FC calipers have MAZDA symbol shaved, for better fitment on wheels
Miles on everything:
* ZERO/ Nada/ zilch/ Nothing.
* Couldn't even move it out of the driveway.
Why they look trashed:
* I painted the calipers red, but the constant brake fluid that was on them deteriated the paint.
* I test fitted the rotors on, and put antisieze.
The Price:
* 300$
Does not include shipping
Help with install and reference
Side note: I have bled these brakes about 12 times. I had air in the calipers because the dust boot was destroyed. I bought like 18 bottles of brake fluid. & I wanted to scream. BUT.. I replaced the dust boot, and after quite a long time of draining the calipers, there were NO air in the end. I can vouch that once you put fluid in the calipers, these will do you good. I've made sure.
DO NOT:
Thread bash.
I will kill you.
