    More power was needed.
    S52 was found.
    Aforementioned S52 was purchased.
    And here we are.

My car a few months after buying it (chyah, what was I thinking??):

A little bit later with euro bumpers:

    2. Purchase. 2/22/12

Found a local wrecked '98 E36 M3 with a good S52 motor in it, about 147k miles on it. Called about it and picked it up a few days later.

Looks like you're about 3200 in (added up a rough estimate in about 30 seconds) and you've got most of the stuff. So you're looking at about a 4k swap to put about 250 to the wheels. Looking good...
The first car I ever rode in was an e30
