Nice, I see you have an e34 m5 euro rear plate filler- I have been looking for one. My other thoughts are, you should try a site like 'shopify' to build a new site, I bet you are losing sales with the current "email us to order" setup. Just my thoughts.

I remember surfing your site years ago when I first got into e30's. Most of us on the forums know your brand, but from an outsiders perspective I would contend that a new updated look and e-commerce layout would yield more sales.

Mel - I've been a customer of yours for a while now and the feed back surrounding the site is spot on. When I first got into E30's your site was the last one I looked at for parts due to the lay out, etc ... You more than made up for that with good customer service when I ordered though. I think you miss out on a lot of earnings potential by not getting customers to the order stage. Just my opinion, take it or leave it.

i cant tell you how much money (i dont want to know, lol) i've spent online because i could order things with like, 5 clicks of my mouse. google checkout is dangerous. i dont even have to fill out my address or credit card info. click, order.

if i had to write out an email it would give me more time to realize i could probably spend that money on other things.

The E30 and E36 M Tech 2 steering wheels are similar looking and the splines are different.
The M Tech 2 E30 steering wheels do not have an airbag.

A little nitpicky, but it looks like you've got an E36 MT2 wheel up in the E30 section labeled as an E30 MT2 wheel.

The photo on our website is the E30 M Tech 2 steering wheel.
We do not advertise or have a photo of a M Tech steering wheel for the E36.

They look similar but not identical--the e36 wheel has tapered upper spokes, the e30 does not. Most will not care but if I drop $400 on an mt2 wheel I see on your website because I like how the picture looks a little more than the other mt2 ads I see out there, I'm gonna be pissed when it's wrong.


Picture the actual item you are selling, or one identical to it. If it's not identical, then note so on the picture. I know you are not scamming anyone, but it matters.
