    OBD2 Manifolds, e30 catback. I'd love a bolt-in catless mid-pipe. Do it!

Are the flanges on OBD1 and OBD2 manifolds located the same? That would help sales if so.

Good question. I believe so but were gonna start researching and hopefully have a prototype within a month or two.

Let's start an interest list (since I'm involved with this as well):
Put your name and if you'd want 50-state legal cats or cat-less
          1: thrizzle - cats? catless?
          2: trackjunkie21 -cats? catless?
          3: Johnnydiaz99 catless
          4: Lof8 - catless

Id be interested in one with no cat. i don't see why you couldn't offer both materials and have the price reflect that.

Good idea. I didn't even think about that. This would be a great way to pass inspection then swap out for everyday driving.

As for materials we would have them made in batches so there might be a wait between whats available.

Would $450 shipped for a mild-steel tig welded 50-state legal catted direct bolt in mid-pipe sound good to those interested? Just a feeler.

This is the quality of our welder's tig-welds, on stainless, so that is no worry.

This is a great idea, even though I weld all my own parts up. Would be great for the guys that don't have a welder.

Thats the exact thought behind this. Swaps are getting so common and you can do them with basic hand tools and a motor hoist and trans braces dont even have to be custom anymore. It would be cool if you could completely do a swap in your driveway.
