Thanks. You could be right, though I feel the people who are going to want these are going to know what they are and how they work.
The tie rods themselves, where they mount to the steering rack act as a steering stop when they physically hit the it.
These spacers recess into the rack due to the tie rod surface being 5mm further out, effectively widening the tie rod stop by a further 10mm total each direction. More rack travel, thus more angle.
Simple.
