    8" LTW E30 Subwoofer boxes

    I have 2 available.

These weigh 18 pounds or so, fit flawlessly. You can easily do a small 4 channel amp, a decent 8" woofer and stock speakers for a total system weight under 30Lbs. They will add plenty of bass for anyone to actually enjoy the music.

I can do black or grey. They use very little trunk space. They might fit under your strut bar, but no promises on that.

$200 shipped to your (48 states) US PayPal address.

Installed, they look like this: (with the amp rack)

    Very small:

Did I mention there is a LOT of trunk space left?

All of the energy of the sub is sealed into the cabin, here is a shot of the fit before the gasket or upholstery:

    Thanks for looking!

    Luke

Nope. I have 'vert boxes for those, unless you have a power top. The power top box will be ready for springtime though.

What the hell for? You make that kind of money taking a piss, you should have to save about 45 seconds to get one of these!

              Well, I don't know.

I don't have a rear shock tower brace and BOTH of the guys who were SUPPOSED to be building them to fit my boxes seem to have given up. We will be doing something in-house later, when we have larger facilities. When we do that, it will be engineered for the 10" box and incorporate an amp mount.

In the meantime, I just don't know for certain.

I do have a project to get done in the next couple of months that will have an 8" box and a shock tower brace, but it is on a JDM '83 E30, so the trunk is quite a bit different.

Wish I had better news for ya, man...sorry.

The vert is still in pre release status so it available with the amp rack at a discount. Get at me. We can discuss the details on PM.

my solution for the shock tower strut brace involves welding bases to the shock tower in order to stand the bar away from the box and actually work correctly, so i am pretty sure it is beyond most r3v members desires to install. that coupled with the added cost made me not produce them.

i'll share a pic when i get done though, just to show you some love and a strut bar with a 12" luke box.

I have thought about that for quite a while...years, in fact. The issue is that the brace would have to go through the box, so you would have to install the brace and the box at the same time...nearly impossible to build, equally difficult to install.

Plus, the box is already cramped for space. The port tubes are critical to performance, and I don't want to have the airflow disturbed more than the 90 degree bends already do. The woofer barely fits as it is, and thin woofers suck ass for the most part.

The plan I devised would be a 3 piece bar. 2 "shock mounts" that are permanently attached to the car and protrude through the trunk liner, yet allow room for the box to be installed, then a central part (think like a "cattle gate" tubular design) that would bolt to the shock mounts. In my mind, that would also bolt to the floor of the car via the rear sway mounts (ala IE style) and have a flat panel to mount your amp to. Quite complex, thus expected to be expensive...
