That is a bold statement that I do not appreciate, yet take no offense to. I will end this matter in concluding I am delighted you are in the situation you brought upon yourself, and I am glad I went with my instincts and did not do business with you. You sound like a child and conduct your business in a unethical manner.

How did I bring this situation upon myself?

You and another party both contacted me at the same time with interest in my rims. You were both willing to pay the original price, $575+shipping. I tried to be diplomatic about it, as you had each contacted me at the same time I tried to determine who wanted the wheels more, and sell to them.

So I chose you, then a couple days later you pm'ed me saying something had "come up" and you wouldn't be able to get the wheels.

Then I saw that you had replied to another wheel thread since we made our deal, saying "e-mail sent," hence expressing interest in the wheels. What does that look like to you?

So I replied to your PM expressing my dissatisfaction in this regard, and you never replied back.

so please explain how I am childish, and conduct business in an unethical manner? I did everything I could to help you out as you said you "NEEDED" the rims. I chose you over the other person. You backed out after we made a deal, and the other party since found rims, so I am still holding onto these.

I don't understand what qualms you may have, I view you as the unethical and childish one.

I, for one, vouch for Cold Accords business practices due to experience. I bought his BMP RS side skirts from him. He seems like he did the right thing here and got f*cked, for whatever circumstances may have come up that the people needed to back out of the deal, not saying they werent good reasons, but I doubt the person to get mad at is him. Just my opinion.

ColdAccord did what was necessary to keep two party's informed. He then made an educated decision. I hope these wheels are still around when I come up with 575! Dead sexy, much better than 14 weaves.

damn up to $500 on ebay already and the auction still has 5 days left! maybe my awful luck latley is starting to change (I sold my turntables on ebay, buyer gave me the run-around for a week then backed out. So a local kid bought them, but his check bounced, so now my bank account is screwed, plus charging me tons of fees). I needed something good to finally fucking happen

                  DAMNNNNNNNIT!!!!!

Why did I not see this sooner?

525 plus shipping? That's an awesome price. I'm paying 300US dollars for some new all seasons for my 14" basketweaves (yes, tires are more expensive in la Canadia). For 525, I wouldve bought those in a heartbeat as my winter wheels. Although 195/50 is quite undersized? So maybe it wouldn't be the best for me.

Anyways g'luck fething some serious dough on eBay 8)

nah these tires would definately be better for summer. I had them on light snow once (when I first bought the car before I put it into storage until summer hit) and they did alright, but for daily winter driving on a rwd vehicle i would recommend snow tires

yah but look at where I live.

Yes I live in Canada, but Vancouver gets like one snow fall a year. You can easily run summers/all-seasons all year long, if you decide not to drive in the very rare occasions where there is an inch of snow.

I just dont wanna ruin my rims that I put so many hours of work into with road salt and grime.

Either way, bump, and good luck with the sale.
