The top material is in good condition but the stitching is coming out (mainly on the sides will need to be restitched). The rear window is missing. The frame works great and looked good.

I am guessing shipping to NY would be about $100+. So if your still interested let me know and will dig it out and take more pics and get a hard shipping quote.
