    (SoCal) Free Dash with Cracks

Sounds crazy I know but maybe some one can do something with it?

I got a cracked dash to give away if anyone wants it.

Not for sale but giving it away.
    Has good vents.

Come and get it or it's in da TRASH.

    Socal area (City Of Orange)

What are good vents? Does that mean they don't fall down when you point them upwards?

I need some good vents, if that's the case.
I also have a can of expanding foam if someone wants to repair the cracks on this dash.

I'm going to practice on the cracks with my expanding foam and landau black paint before I fix the little crack in my dash.

The flocking seemed to work but I don't know how to texture it properly.

Hopefully I can pass on a crack free dash to a local but we'll see how my skills hold up :)

It is really easy to just pop out the vents and add a washer to make them tight again. I have always thought about taking a dash, peeling the vinyl off and shooting it with some sort of rino liner or other similar product. Someone should do that and report back to me.

Yes they do come out and small O rings can be placed on the sides of the vents. I did this before and it worked great. I also have a write up on it some where on s14.
But good idea on painting the dash some way cool to experiment on it.
Be a fun project and kinda cool if it came out looking really good.

Someone did that either here or e30tech. If I come across the thread I'll post it.
