    Turbo Ready Engine!!!

I'm selling this for my friend who is just too poor to continue this project. This is a '87 2.9L engine w/less than 5,000 mi. on it! Mods include: 290 degree camshaft, Ported head w/port matched intake manifold, Alusisl Pistons, Bored over 2mm. LOW COMPRESSION ready for turbo. I have pics of this engine and can be sent to those interested. I'm not sure how much this engine would go for.... so sorry for not posting price. Please, make offers though! Email questions to dem3n@netzero.net. Thanks!

hosting pics and posting them in the add, and also a few more details might help. 2.7 crank? 524td crank? what rods? forged? what exactly is the comp ratio?
    etc

2.7 L crank, yes... they are alusil., the camshaft is a metric mechanic 290. Suposedly Jim Rowe says its perfect for a turbo. Like I said.... this is my friends. And I am getting this info straight from him. Bump!

He used a 2.7L crank and bored it over 2mm. Get it?

I mentioned that it was a 2.7L b/c ColdAccord asked what it was. Just read the posts... it should explain itself.

you must have an idea of what you wat for the motor.
