Wondering if anyone might be interested in this extra harness adapter I have for 24v swaps. I had this laying around because I thought my current one was the problem to my no-start issue I had when doing the swap. Ended up being an ecu grounding problem. Since I had it laying around, I connected the harnesses together for shits, so I didn't make the BEST connections.. But they're not going anywhere the way it is.
I wired the harness in order to work for my car.. So im assuming it will only work with 88+ 325's, but idk. The e36 harness side was from a 325 m50 vanos 5-spd e36, e30 side was from an 88+ 325 auto with m20.
I used the wiring diagram displayed here (last one on the page): http://www.akgmotorsport.com/usm50swappins.php
and rm european displayed an extra diagnostic connecter from pin 6 to 22 so i connected that as well (bottom of the page here: http://www.rmeuropean.com/bmw-e30-m50-swap.aspx)..
After all was said and done, I tested her out on my car, and didn't skip a beat! Started her up, all lights popped up that were supposed to (functional CEL, level sensors, etc..). Took her around for a drive and everything was fine.
Just need the extra money, so I can send this out to someone needing an adapter. Since it's nowhere near professional, i think $35-$40 sounds reasonable. For that price, you're basically paying for the price for half of one wiring harness (go figure lol). If you don't like the connection,go ahead and go over them in a manner you feel comfortable. Honestly, I think this should do the job, but some people like to go that extra mile "just in case" soo up to you.
Like i said, I wired this up for my 89 325i to m50 vanos swap, so it will work for those at least. AKG motorsport wiring diagram says it will work with 86-91 325's :p
I'll have a vid up of start up and revving either later tonight or tomorrow. Let me know if anyone's interested.. Thanks

Video: the slight rev-hang in this vid has since been fixed by some spark-plugs.. It wasn't due to the harness or anything.
