Care to elaborate on what makes them so awesome? I'm debating getting some sent over after xmass but I've yet to read exactly what it will do over stock.

I understand it will take a lot of sloppiness out of the shift mech but does it add vibrations or anything detrimental?

I did not perceive any additional vibrations. Everything is solid in my car so it's hard to say but should be minimal regardless.
