I don't think the blue base switches are, but I could be wrong. I just know the blue base switches that we put in Josh's car are not lighted, but the bulbs could be burned.

Couldn't you just buy two "kits"?

I'm thinking about running a non-window switch consol and using the E36 window switches and put them up in the HVAC panel. That would be sweet IMHO:p
