        I don't have e46 ones. I do have e36 ones which could possibly work. I will get a few measurements soon

              what happened to the pics of them installed? I might need these....tired of the two "pops" i get whenever i open the door!

                I hate using other peoples examples,but since I've been so busy fabricating parts for volvo this will have to suffice for now so you can get an idea of how they install.

                    My plate strengthens the metal around the door brake. I think you have a different issue, a possible broken door brake or door alignment problem.

                        The weld point for the door brake on the BODY of the car will become loose and make noise. Mine does it too. Only way to fix it is weld it.
