    FS- Front Door Reinforcement Plates

Inventory is out folks. May cut another batch in the near future.

Ive had a few people ask if I sale these plates, I finally got some measurements and sketched a blueprint. These are cut from 11g grade 50 HRPO steel. Bolt on, no welding required.

If you are experiencing creaking or popping if you front doors, you might be a victim. Fix the issue before it tears and bends your door hinge, brake in.

Yep how do they mount/work? My front doors make some noise when i go over bumps, or is that a completely different problem?

These plates are held in place by the 2 door brake bolts. You will need to take the pin out of the door hinge and slide this through it.

Not sure of your issue, you will have to pull the rubber cover back and inspect the metal around the door brake.

My issue is when I open the door I get a violent pop noise in the hinge. Is this designed to remedy this issue? If so how does it work? I would also like to see pictures of this installed as well.. very interested

When I bought my car the sheet metal that holds the hinge was torn and I hadnt noticed. My window ended up shattering one day after I closed my door and the hinge happen to be in the right position. These could have saved me a lot of trouble. GLWS.
