So if the door is already "popping" or "cracking" can we still use these and it will fix the problem ?

You can use these to prevent further cracking.

The popping/cracking is caused by the door brake attachment point on the body of the car, it's a tack weld that is breaking and tearing it's self off of the chassis. This WILL NOT FIX A POPPING DOOR. IT CAN PREVENT IT, NOT FIX IT.

These just reinforces the bolt hole mounts for the door brake, which can and do bend and crack. When the bolt mounts bend, it stresses the weld and breaks it.

So if you have a popping/cracking noise, it's too late, you need to have it welded up. If you install these before it starts making that noise you will be ok.

This is a great product, and fixes an inherent design flaw with the e30. Every car should have these installed to stop the doors from ripping the car apart.
Drive it hard. Maintain it well.
