I have a lot of these injectors so was able to match 6 to the same flow rate.

We had a discussion with someone here about the difference between these 2 injectors.
0280150415 vs 0280150715

They both have the same specifications for flow rate and resistance. One was apparently used on late 80s and the 415 on the early to late 90s.

Well, I put them both on the testing machine and the difference is considerable.
And to everyone upgrading their performance, I highly recommend the upgrade.






415 was used on the e36 m3 at some point for the 3.0 engine. Even though the flow rate is the same, the jet pattern is very different.

715 is the older style and uses a niddle in the middle. 415 is the newer and sprays through 4 points.
The atomization is much more powerful and mixes the fuel with the air a lot better on the 415.

Please note that this was done prior to any cleaning or flushing of the injectors. They are right off the car.

The green plastic bag has a couple of extra o-rings.

By the way clogged basket filter and deteriorated o-rings are the most common faults i find with these injectors

Thanks, I'd like to suggest everyone doing it, to replace the fuel filter and spark plugs at the same time, if you haven't done it in a while.

May be i should stock some spark plugs and include them with the injectors if there's enough demand. That would make it for a killer package.

Injectors, spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, rotor and fuel filter in one package would make that engine breather like a brand new baby :)

Ironically, i haven't had an E30 in about 15 years :)
The other 2 communities i'm offering this service to are Mercedes fans and i've only had mercedes cars lately.
There's very little activity and demand for this service there :(
And i stocked so many mercedes injectors.

Do you have any M20B27 injectors? I don't think I can take advantage of the 415 injectors (M50)? since the injectors the ETA require are low impedance injectors.

I have some spare ones I can send you.

I have a set of 0 280 150 126 (haven't tested them yet)



415 won't help. Your impedance is much lower
